Viking Properties can compliment the existing Viking businesses by leveraging opportunities from other parts of the group such as commercial and industrial property agents King and Co Pty Ltd.

Its two areas of investments are "Core Value" and "Opportunistic".

At Viking we have an international perspective and focus on emerging property markets where we have built strong relationships. We also establish a firm understanding of both risks and opportunities within particular countries.

To this end we currently have a company representative based in the United Arab Emirates.
